Why the Diamond Awards?

Diamonds are precious. They’re hard to find, and it takes time and effort to make them shine brightly. But once you have one, it lasts forever. It’s something to be admired by anyone who sees it.

We think the best work we do here at Research International is similar. It’s never easy to create truly special work. We have people who make incredible contributions to us and to our clients, people whose work often dominates their waking thoughts. We also know that every RI business in the world is capable of creating magnificent work. Those people, and that work, deserve to shine.

This is what we want to celebrate in our Diamond Awards. By celebrating great work, we will be inspired by it, learn from it, and spread that learning throughout our world. We can explore and realize its potential to transform our products worldwide and raise our standards as a company.

The talent within our company needs to be celebrated and shared more powerfully. Please help make the Diamond Awards something we can all celebrate with pride.

Anyone can enter: everyone will benefit

Before the best work can shine, we need to find it. The awards scheme is centered on a quarterly Excellence List of great work, leading to an annual overall award. Anyone in the company can and should enter work they're proud of.

There are three categories – Business Building, which is about adding value to our business and our clients' businesses; Working Smarter, which is about ideas and processes that help us work more efficiently; and Reputation Building , which recognises activity that enhances the reputation of our people, products or process.
